Flying Fish is crafted from some of the finest vineyards in the Columbia Valley. By blending fruit from multiple vineyards, esteemed winemaker Gordon Hill creates a well-balanced, fruit-expressive wine that demonstrates the outstanding quality of Merlot available from Washington.

In honor of the waters that are home to the great salmon that travel thousands of miles from the ocean up the Columbia River past several of our vineyards, we donate a portion of the profits to Ocean Conservancy to protect wild healthy oceans.
