Established in 1993, this boutique winery is run by Jim Pearson, an Australian garagiste who fashions artisanal reds bursting with character and personality. The estate grown, produced, and bottled wine is made in a small tin shed next to Jim's home amidst his five-acre vineyard. The 50-year-old vines are low yielding, producing wines with density and high fruit concentration.
